Your installer, Art, was very thorough and kept in good communication with us throughout the installation. He let us know of any delays and kept to his schedule. I am in construction and I know having someone of his caliber is quite an asset to your organization.
The equipment seems to be of excellent quality. Hopefully, we will never need to test the maximum strength of the shutters but the ease of putting it in place is worth the purchase.
