Dear Mr. Hoffman,

Starting February six and for the next four days, I had motorized shutters installed in my apartment at 9341 Collins in Miami Beach.

The purpose of this letter is to highly compliment your installation crew, which consisted of Jay Garcia, who was the foreman, his son Alex, and the two brothers Freddy and Israel. It was a very difficult job which they handled extremely well. I also want to compliment the men from the electronics crew, and also Gary Nasta who was the original sales person on the job.

We are very satisfied with our new shutters and keep up the good work.

In January of 2006 I wrote to congratulate Rolladen on a job well done. You will be pleased no doubt to learn, that the second time around you have again fulfilled your contract to our satisfaction.

From the first visit by Leonard to go over the necessary requirements for the addition to our house in Miami, to visits by Shameer (your engineer) to clarify shutter design requirements, to a challenging task for your electricians, to the final visit by Art and Al, your professional installers, we have been gratified by the professionalism of the people whom you employ.

Your personnel bent over backwards to accommodate our requests and were always friendly and courteous. Art and Al are as efficient a team as we’ve had on the premises since we began this project six months ago. They seem highly motivated, efficient, willing and knowledgeable. Please convey to them our appreciation.

As I mentioned in my previous letter, it is so refreshing to be able to relate a positive shutter experience and already one of my friends has noted your number for an estimate for her hurricane shutters. Well done and thank you!

Hello Mr Hoffman,

We recently had shutters installed in our tower. I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for some of the most wonderful employees you have: Linda, all the unit owners love her even Mr. Wolfson. He was just going out of town recently and he insisted I call Linda to let her know he would send the check, like he promised, when he returns.

The crews, they are a great group of people including Danny the supervisor, they do great work but when there is a problem you don’t hear any complaining. They just do it. I am impressed with all the employees but this group that I have the opportunity to work with are most impressive. I don’t know how you were so able to assemble such a great team, I thank you again for the building and for the board.
