I wanted to write to tell you how pleased I am with my new accordion shutters. Yesterday I had my final inspection and everything is approved. You are to be commended on the professionalism, care and attention to detail, that everyone in your company with whom I had contact displayed.

In choosing a company for my shutters, I interviewed several and got estimates, wanting to be sure I was dealing with a long established and reputable shutter company. Mr. Paul K, sales engineers was, of course, my first contact with your company and his presentation was very professional, thorough, gave me a very accurate estimate. Once my decision was made, with my busy work schedule, he even came to my office with the contract for me to sign. Alfredo and his crew, the installers who worked so hard for three days installing, uninstalling, reinstalling and removing my old awning shutters were amazing! These men worked so hard and always left a clean and neat work area at the end of the day. They even went so far as to reattach my hose bracket that had to be taken down and moved so the shutters could be installed. They went the extra mile! The operation of my shutters was completely explained and demonstrated and my panels stored in my garage with kindness, patience, consideration and outmost professional attention.

In this world today, you never know what kind of company or people will be doing work on your home. It always fells like a risk and you are waiting to be taken advantage of, but your company has made this a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Rolladen not only for what I think are quality shutters, but because of your people and the team they create. I would also like to acknowledge the wonderful women in your office. Everyone from the person answering the phone, the person in the installation department and the person who scheduled my inspection were so very pleasant to talk to and I always got a call back when needed and the service I requested.
