From the time you call right through installation

When you call Rolladen for storm and security protection, you’ll be treated right, right from the start. First, a Rolladen hurricane shutter sales representative will visit your home (and/or your business) to take measurements, evaluate and recommend the type of storm and security shutters to fit both your hurricane shutter needs and budget.

After your estimate is completed and you agree to proceed, Rolladen’s engineering department will contact you for an appointment to take detailed measurements for manufacturing specification and renderings, as well as paying special attention to the installation methods that will be employed.

Our hurricane shutter permit department receives and reviews the engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications to help assure the specifications meet local building code, and files for the permit in the governing municipality or county.

The local building department then reviews the permit application; specifications and drawings submitted to assure the hurricane shutters manufacturing and installation methods planned will comply with the Building Code. After these requirements are met and the submissions are approved, the Permit is issued to Rolladen in the name of the homeowner.

Next, the manufacturing of your hurricane shutters begins with a review by our Rolladen Quality Control Department, which further helps assure the hurricane shutters manufacturing is correct.

When manufacturing is completed, Rolladen contacts you to arrange an installation date.
